- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My car was involved in an accident and was taken to Rainbow bodyshop in Farnborough as they are an approved repairer for Mazda. Understandably I was upset at my car being damaged especially as Id only had it a couple of months, but I hoped it would be in good hands. It turned out that it was in very good hands with the people at Rainbow. Everyone I dealt with at Rainbow was polite, cheerful and able to get answers to my questions. It was not a straightforward repair as although part of the repair was covered by the third party insurer, I had to claim through my insurance as well. There were delays getting authorisation, but I was kept apprized of what was happening. There were times when problems with insurance caused complications, but the guys at Rainbow definitely went the extra mile for me. When it finally came time to pick my car up, it was a simple process and I had time to examine the vehicle which looked great. Ive had the car back a few days now and after washing and polishing I can confirm the paint finish looks great to me. So I would definitely recommend Rainbow bodyshop in Farnborough.
