- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★normally Ive very pleased with the service given, however, I booked my wifes car in for an MOT on Monday, yes the bank holiday, but when she dropped the car off they were closed. Later when my wife returned, she found out theyd opened at 9am and had missed her booked slot. The website allowed me to book an early MOT but in reallity, the staff seemed to have their own hours. I received no notification, in fact a satifaction survey was sent! Gladly though a further appointment was available later in the week.By martinmadin, April 22, 2017
